Angel Fulfilment Services is expanding its outbound fundraising team, working on behalf of some of the UK's most respected charities.
We are looking for experienced telephone sales agents and fundraisers who want the freedom to choose when they work, earn performance-related bonuses and make a genuine difference through their work.

What you'll be doing
"-" Making outbound fundraising calls to warm, pre-qualified leads.
"-" Building rapport with supporters and having engaging, persuasive conversations.
"-" Handling objections and converting conversations into regular donations or lottery donations.
"-" Representing established UK charities professionally and ethically.
"-" Working towards individual fundraising targets and quality standards.
"-" Following fundraising regulations and data protection requirements.
What we're looking for
"-" At least 12 months' experience in telephone sales, fundraising or a target-driven contact centre environment.
"-" Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
"-" Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
"-" Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
"-" A suitable home-working environment and your own equipment.
Experience in B2C, B2B, telecoms, energy, financial services or charity fundraising would be advantageous.
Working from home – What you'll need
"-" A private, quiet working space, free from background noise, distractions and interruptions.
"-" A reasonably up-to-date laptop, desktop PC or Chromebook capable of running our calling systems reliably. Tablets and mobile phones are not suitable.
"-" Your own wired or wireless headset with a microphone to ensure clear, professional calls.
"-" A reliable home broadband connection. Wi-Fi is acceptable, but you must have access to your broadband router.
"-" Equipment that meets Angel's IT and security requirements.
Pay and working arrangements
"-" £14.24 per hour, comprising basic pay and rolled-up holiday pay, separately identified on payslips.
"-" Paid monthly, with additional performance-related bonuses where earned.
"-" Casual worker arrangement with no guaranteed hours.
"-" No obligation to accept available work and no obligation on Angel to provide work.
"-" Freedom to undertake work for other businesses.
