Join our team
For 20 years we've been the friendly voice behind some of the UK's best-loved charities and businesses - answering their calls, handling their live chat and getting their post out of the door. We're a Cornish team of real people (no chatbots here), and we look after each other the same way we look after our clients: full training, flexible shifts, and plenty of room to grow. Whether you're picking up the phones, packing orders or supporting the team behind the scenes, you'll find a warm welcome and a proper career here.

Your questions, answered
Do I need previous fundraising or call centre experience?
No. Experience in fundraising, sales or customer service is an advantage, but it isn't essential for our phone-based roles. Our in-house training team will give you everything you need - most of our team started with no contact centre background at all.
What training will I get?
You start with a full induction covering the charities we work with, our systems and how to hold a warm, confident conversation. After that our coaching team stay with you - regular one-to-ones, side-by-side support and refresher sessions whenever you want them.
What are the working hours?
We're open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, and shifts are set on a weekly rota. We'll talk through the patterns that fit around your commitments - plenty of our team work school hours, evenings or weekends only.
What happens after I apply?
A member of our recruitment team reviews your application and gets back to you, usually within a few working days. If it looks like a good fit we'll arrange an informal chat to talk through the role and answer your questions.
Is there room to progress?
Very much so. We promote from within wherever we can - most of our Senior Management Team started out on the phones, and there are routes into coaching, team leading and our incentivised Sales Team.
